Ready to Wear - Runway Fashion

Just a couple of weeks ago we were blessed with the Spring/Summer collection by Donatella Versace and they were for sure 'Ready-to-Wear'.

Eva Herzigova did one of the pieces great justice, and it was an effortless look, not to mention half a look...lol, but can we always rely on the runway for 'ready-to-wear' pieces? I doubt it. With so much style and grace out to offer its seems like the future for fashion has to be compromised. Not to worry...Black Rose Wardobe has you covered....were uncovering some hot styles that will make you think it was straight off the runway. Oh yeahhhhhhhhh

Morning Freshness

I wanted to continue to flow on from a much needed desire to have a bright start to get going....so what's new in the new year....

** Get into a better sleeping routine! Its brilliant to make the most of your night especially in the winter months when you leave work almost in pitch darkness. However it never helps to sleep late, eat food that leave you sluggish and has an impact on your sleep pattern. Get the right hours in as a must, it may take some time but after a while you'll soon get into the habit.
A great cheat in the winter months when its dark at 8am is to invest in a Phillips Wake-up light, I was actually in shock when I checked out the concept of this.

** Wake up gently - Never allow your body to jolt out of bed, this has a really bad effect on your bodies motor for the rest of the day and can lead to a head ache. Waking up slowly is part of your sleep pattern - rise naturally - as if you were on a beach holiday (yes this is far fetched but you get the idea).

** Rise early - Try to get the most of your day by rising early. Studies have shown that this leads to a healthier and more productive day in effect. Other studies have shown that people who generally wake up early have a more optimistic outlook on life and exhibit characteristics of satisfaction, positivity and general kindness.

Go for it!! Your worth it...lol

Inner Healing

So you look great on the outside but does this reflect how you feel on the inside? What are the usual elements that contribute to this:

* Lack of self worth
*Feeling incomplete
*Insecurities
*Lack of Confidence
*Sadness

As women we have already been branded to either be empowered or to be weak and both these descriptions hardly summarise us in our completeness. Individuality is lost when it comes to summing up a woman. What happened to any middle ground?!!

Where can self assurance be rooted from, and even if we have it Wednesday afternoon are we guaranteed to keep hold of it till the following week, I'm not so sure. Working through my own personal development has produced a number of outlets and experiences that I would love to share...after all its better to share and build up than to break down;

*Affirmations: Use affirmations and turn them into to habits. Statistically if you do or say something everyday (a few times a day) for more than six weeks your more likely to hold on to that 'thing' and keep it going as a habit and way of life. Habits are often seen in a negative light but remove this from your mind on this occasion, we should be building great habits in life to best improve ourselves.

If you affirm (speak out) on something each day the mind works to develop a recall of ownership on that habit. 'I am a smart and fulfilling individual with unique talents'. Speaking such profound words daily gives amazing results, should you not already see yourself as unique and smart?, well we cant go looking back now....lets move forward with this.

Speaking affirmations as much as you can makes your mind slow down its thought process; giving you a chance to think and as a result your spoken word becomes clear, confident, smart and significant in its content. You begin to speak and BELIEVE!
